If a groom needs a sedative, it isn't a groom any more — that's the vet's call, not ours.
- Breaks when it's too much
Flat ears or a swishing tail mean pause. We stop, cuddle, and finish another day if needed.

Shampoos and sprays made for cats — nothing scented, nothing made for dogs.
- Honest advice
Most short-haired cats rarely need a bath. We'll tell you when brushing and a nail trim are all it takes.
Badly matted coat? We never cut mats out with scissors — cat skin tears easily. Severe matting is a job for the vet.

Does my cat need a bath at all?
Most short-haired cats keep themselves clean. A bath helps long coats, oily or dirty coats, or a cat who can't groom well (seniors, overweight cats). Brushing and nails are usually enough.
Will you sedate my cat?
No. Never. If a cat is too stressed to groom safely, we stop and talk to you — the vet can advise if sedation is ever truly needed.
How long does a groom take?
A nail trim takes minutes; a full spa takes about one to two hours, with breaks. We go at your cat's pace, not the clock's.
Can you groom my cat during a stay?
Yes — the check-out freshen-up is made for that: your cat goes home brushed, trimmed and smelling like nothing at all (that's how cats like it).
My Persian has tear stains and knots. Can you help?
Gently, yes — Persian care covers tear-stain cleaning, de-shedding and the fluffy bits. Badly matted coats need the vet.
Do I pay anything to book?
No — booking is free. We confirm the price with you before we start, and nothing changes without your yes.
